Been On Holiday

OK, another slip in updating this, I really must update more.
But we have been on Holiday to Presthaven. a Haven holiday site in Prestatyn North Wales. We had a lovely time away & really didn't want to come home.
I have uploaded a load of Photo's On my Webshots photo album page. The Lads even won the Talent Competition.

Well Anybody who is a crafter knows who this guy is. its the one & Only Tim Holtz :)
Just got back from a demo by him, so am very tired. I want to craft, but am not to it yet. Met a few other Crafty friends to, & met somebody else from UKS as well. Sadly I didn't see as much as i had hoped, my body was complaining loudly about having to stand up, it was only a small table & people seemed to stay in their place, even though I am tall, I still was struggling to see some of it. it did however pass to quickly & if i could of seen more & able to sit down, would of loved for it to last longer. I did do 2 tags as make & takes as well. one with Alcohol inks, the other with Distress inkpads. I already own most of the colours of the distress ones & Do Love Tim's Style. I also have the alcohol inks, but don't really use them, I must remedy that :). The rest of the photo's are on here.

Notebook

Yesterday I covered & decorated a Notebook. it started out as a cheap shopping list notepad. The back is also covered in the same flower paper as the top & bottom of the front cover.

Football - Sunday 10th Feb

Some of you will know my youngest plays for the local team. They had a match on Sunday. They won again. Brendan wasn't on the pitch for the ful game, but was on the subs, he did play for a while & I took a couple of Pics of him in action :)

Chinese new year

On Saturday we went to a Chinese new year celebration at King Georges hall. ( Shall Add some pics ). It was a busy day as after that we went to Circus workshop as usual.

Loving crafting again

I am now crafting so much more, & Loving it :)
Monday I went round to somebody's & we had a crafty session. I have now finished my Stamped Box. Monday Night was the monthly Stamping Mad meet, we made our own lacquer & stamped & embossed onto acetate, made a lovely daffodil card.
Tuesday I went over to my parents house, so no crafting, but still glad to see my Mum & Dad :)
Wednesday, I went over to somebodys again, started doing some more of my ATC's & made some more blanks. Last night IO sat & cut some more out, I even took scissors, glue stick, nice papers & corner punch to bed with me & made some more nice atc blanks ready to decorate. I have decided I love the Papermania 12 x 12 colossal paper pack. It's the Nostalgia warm set.
Today I have stamped more backs of the Atc blanks & made more blanks. I want to0 make another set of 4 & do some coordinated embellishments before I go out later. I am out at Hyndburn Crafters this afternoon to :)

Ooh, Postie has just been, another 54 rolls of gorgeous ribbon, I am in heaven :)

Snow - Sunday 4th Feb

It started to snow on Sat night, so when we woke on Sunday it was full of the white stuff :). Took a few pics of the lads having fun in the back garden. ( will add them soon).

Been crafting again

On Wednesday I went round to Somebody's for a crafty session. it was so nice to sit & craft together again. I have started doing some stamped & mica painted box's. I haven't finished them yet, so will post a piccy when I have :).
Yesterday it was craft group. We made some Atc's. Again a enjoyable time, why is it time goes so fast when you are having fun :) I have added them to a ATC album on my crafty webshots website ( link on the right). The wings on the Butterfly Atc are 3d & glittered, but have flattened during the scan. There is also glitter on the border of the cat ones, also on the little butterfly corner.

Chinese state Circus

Tonight Myself & my Boy's went to see The Chines state Circus.
We all had a lovely time out, even treated ourselves to white chocolate magnums during the interval & flavoured chips on the way home, So Much for the diet, well Sometime I just don't care & want to enjoy things..
I didn't take my camera as normally thought it wouldn't be allowed with it being in a full theatre. I have had the same problem with proper circus's, so tonight others were taking photo's. I had taken my phone, but unfortunately I don't yet have a large memory card in it ( am due to get one this/next week), so also only had it set on 2 meg quality.

I was Slim Once

I was going through a old photo Album & came across this Photo. Admitedly it was quite a few years ago, but it shows i was slim once :lol:. I have joined a online tracker for foor, so its time to shift the weight again. i did lose 17lbs last year, but put some of it back on, not its time to go for it again.

Rishton Lights

Here is just a very short video clip of the lights where i live. It starts at my house, I don't have as much as some of the others to be honest, but can't put them up the same due to my health.
There is a collection bucket for the local cancer hospice to. I just love the look on the littlies face's when their parents bring them round, they just light up :)

Craftroom tree

I am still around, I know I have neglected this Blog again. Myself & Brendan have decorated the little tree in my Craftroom. We have quite a few things up outside, but still haven't finished those. I hope to post a bit more often again, I have No idea why this is underlined, have tried to alter it, but must of caught something.

Blackpool Art cars

Last Night we went to a Art Car display at Blackpool. we all had a Fab. time & it was so good to get out & have Fun :). The fire display was fantastic to :)

Musical Fireworks Championship

Last night we went to Southport for the Fireworks championship Competition. We had a great time, I Love family times out & about. We started off with a chippy tea & were lucky to be able to sit at a little table all together. Took loads of Photo's to, Plus some video clips.

Cardmaking workshop

OK this was a few weeks ago now, but I didn't get round to adding it. Had a Fabby day, busy busy, but Fun to :). I will add Photo's after.

Motorbikes & Hot Air Balloons

Yesterday we went to the Burnley Hot air balloon festival. We took loads of Photo's, both of the balloons & a motorbike show. The bike ones were taken Mid jump. they were landing on a ramp on a big van, so were high up. they also did a somersault on one of the jumps.

Tonight is my Eldests school leavers prom. i can't believe my little lad has now grown up :).

Morecambe Kite Festival.

Today we all had a lovely day out at Morecambe Kite Festival. We nearly didn't go as the weather was awful & very wet when we set off from home. We had a lovely day out.
